This document describes in detail all conditions related to creating an account, playing games, placing bets, and making payments on the joya platform. Please read the entire document carefully before using the site.
1. Introduction and Acceptance
joya is an online entertainment and betting platform that provides slot games, live casino, sports betting, and various other gaming services for Bangladeshi users. These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") form a legal agreement between the user ("Member" or "you") of the joya platform ("Site") and the entity operating the service.

2. Age Restriction and Eligibility
To create an account and participate in any gaming activity on joya, you must be at least 21 years of age. Use of this platform by minors (meaning any person under the age of 21) is strictly prohibited. Your age and identity may be verified at the time of registration, and joya reserves the right to restrict an account until verification is completed satisfactorily.
- Each individual may create only one account.
- Multiple members of the same household may use separate accounts, but verification may be required if the same device or payment method is shared.
- Operating an account on behalf of or as a representative of another person is prohibited.

3. Account Registration and Security
At the time of registration, you will be required to provide a username, password, and contact information. It is entirely your responsibility to keep your account secure.
3.1 Protection of Login Credentials
Your password and login credentials must be kept confidential and must not be shared with any third party. If you notice any unauthorised access to your account or any suspicious activity, notify the joya support team immediately. joya will not be held liable for any loss resulting from third-party access.
3.2 Account Verification
joya may at any time request a national identity card, passport, or other government-recognised document to verify a member's identity. Deposit and withdrawal activity may be suspended until verification is complete.
4. Deposit and Withdrawal Policy
Popular mobile banking and bank transfer methods in Bangladesh can be used for deposits and withdrawals on joya. Currently supported methods are: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, and bank transfer (including BRAC Bank, Dutch-Bangla Bank, Islami Bank, and other major banks).
- Minimum deposit: ৳200 (for each method).
- Minimum withdrawal: ৳800.
- Withdrawal processing is generally completed within 15 minutes to 2 hours.
- Withdrawal requests may only be made through the same method used for the deposit, unless approval is given otherwise for a specific reason.
- All applicable wagering requirements must be met before a withdrawal.
- Transferring funds to a third-party account is strictly prohibited.
5. Bonus and Promotion Terms
joya offers various bonuses and promotional offers. Each offer has its own terms, which are detailed on the relevant promotion page. The general bonus policy is described below.
5.1 Welcome Bonus
New members will receive a 100% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳8,000. A wagering requirement of 10 times the bonus amount must be met before the bonus funds can be withdrawn. For example: depositing ৳1,000 gives a ৳1,000 bonus and a balance of ৳2,000; before withdrawal, wagering of ৳1,000 × 10 = ৳10,000 must be completed.
5.2 Weekly and Monthly Offers
joya provides regular promotional offers including weekly reload gifts, slot festival bonuses, and cricket bonus offers. The minimum deposit, bonus rate, and wagering requirements for each offer are clearly stated on the relevant page.
5.3 Bonus Abuse Prohibited
Claiming bonuses by creating multiple accounts or through any form of manipulation is strictly prohibited. If any such activity is proven, joya reserves the right to cancel the relevant bonus and suspend the account.
6. VIP Membership and Cashback
joya's VIP programme has three tiers: Bronze, Silver, and Gold. Members can be promoted to a higher tier based on their weekly activity. At each tier, cashback is provided at a set rate on the week's net loss:
- Bronze: Up to 0.3% cashback per week.
- Silver: Up to 0.7% cashback per week.
- Gold: Up to 1.0% cashback per week.
Cashback is calculated on the net loss, which is the total weekly loss minus total weekly winnings. Example: Silver member, net loss of ৳20,000 in a week → cashback ৳20,000 × 0.7% = ৳140. VIP benefits and cashback terms may change at any time, and changes will take effect from the moment they are published on the Site.
7. Fair Play and Prohibited Activities
joya is committed to ensuring a fair and safe gaming environment for all members. The following activities are strictly prohibited:
- Creating or operating multiple accounts.
- Using software, bots, algorithms, or any automated method to place bets or play games.
- Bonus arbitrage or manipulating bonuses to gain an advantage.
- Using another member's account credentials or selling an account.
- Attempting to access the system through hacking, phishing, or any other fraudulent means.
- Participating in money laundering or suspicious financial transactions.
If these prohibitions are violated, joya reserves the right to close the relevant account without prior notice and to forfeit any deposited funds.
8. Data Privacy and Protection

9. Limitation of Liability
joya provides its services on an "as is" basis. joya does not bear full liability if a game or betting session is interrupted due to a technical fault, internet connection disruption, or any other reason. However, in the case of a proven technical fault, joya will investigate and take appropriate action.
9.1 System Maintenance
The Site may be temporarily unavailable during scheduled maintenance. joya will endeavour to give notice as early as possible, but prior notice may not be possible in the case of emergency maintenance.
9.2 Game Results
The results of all games and bets are determined by a machine-operated random number generator (RNG) or live dealer method. The result of a bet or game that has already been settled will not be changed unless a technical fault is proven.

13. Changes to Terms and Account Closure
joya reserves the right to partially or fully amend these Terms at any time. For significant changes, an attempt will be made to notify members via email or a site notification. Continued use of the Site after amended Terms are published will be considered acceptance of the amended Terms.
You may request to voluntarily close your account at any time. All outstanding wagering requirements must be met before account closure, and any available balance must be withdrawn through an eligible method.
14. Applicable Law and Dispute Resolution
These Terms will be governed in accordance with the applicable legal framework. Any dispute will first be attempted to be resolved through discussion. If a resolution cannot be reached through discussion, mediation or legal action will be taken in accordance with applicable law. The Bengali version of these Terms is authoritative; if a translation in any other language exists, the Bengali version will prevail.
